Taken last spring during beautiful late-afternoon, this is at a small house a friend's family has about 40 minutes out of Ljubljana. The house is pretty old - Gregor, you wouldn't happen to know how old exactly? It stands very much alone, the nearest neighbors are across a small valley. One thing that I'm always amazed by is the perfect darkness at night which you just can't get when you live close to a city. That, and the fact that the forest behind the house is probably inhabited by bears and other furry woodland creatures :-)
On a completely unrelated note, that really is how 'idyllic' is spelt. Who would have thought?
